On September 29th, the new Spinning for PD class had its first meeting at the Warrensville Heights YMCA.
Our InMotion group will meet every Thursday at 10am and cycle together.

The class is FREE for InMotion clients and a YMCA membership is not required.

InMotion is happy to announce that Texas Roadhouse will be holding a cash register campaign to support InMotion. This involves selling ribbons for $1 at the cash register in 9 of their locations – Willoughby, Erie, Elyria, Brooklyn, Steubenville, Niles, Boardman, Canton and Sandusky.
