Learn the fundamentals of boxing, freedom of movement, balance, strength, mental focus, and most of all learn how to take it to the next level and attack your Movement Disorder head on. Come ready to get after it and maximize your efforts!

  • Level 1-(Stage 1) the focus of this class is to improve over all fitness level, postural imbalances and maintain a healthy body. Classes are high intensity and transitions are rapid between exercises.
  • Level 2- (Stage 2) the focus of this class is to maintain fitness level, address postural imbalances, encourage deep breathing, improve balance, and stress accuracy of movements. More time is given for transitions between exercises. Modifications for specific exercises are taught. Corner man assistance is required if the boxer has issues with balance.
  • Level 3- (Stage 3 ) this class provides one-on-one training in a safe environment. Classes address high balance risks, improving postural imbalances, encouraging deep breathing techniques, voice therapy and are attentive to cognitive impairment issues.

Class is led by a certified Rock Steady Boxing Instructor and includes people at all levels!
