Parkinson’s Exercises – Dance

Several clinical studies have shown the benefit of dancing for people with Parkinson’s disease. Many dancers in Parkinson’s dance programs report improved balance, range of motion, and confidence. While neither prior dance experience nor a partner is necessary, carepartners are invited and encouraged to participate.
