Community Fundraising

Community fundraisers are a great way for supporters and friends of InMotion to independently raise funds in support of the programs and services we provide for people with Parkinson’s disease. A community fundraiser is an event that is organized, promoted and hosted by a member of the community or an organization. That person or group then donates the event’s proceeds to InMotion.

The people with PD served by InMotion benefit greatly by the awareness and support that your fundraiser will bring. Donations provide funding for our programs and classes, which are offered free of charge to our clients and their care partners.

Anyone can host a fundraising event for InMotion! It can be as simple as asking co-workers to donate $5 in exchange for a “dress down day” at work. Or maybe a bake sale, a golf outing, or a walk-a-thon. The possibilities are endless.

InMotion even offers the ability for you to create a online fundraiser and funds will go directly to InMotion – it’s a great way to celebrate a milestone birthday, anniversary, wedding, or other special occasion!
