How big are your classes?
The capacity of our classes varies. Currently, our smallest classes can accommodate 10 clients and our largest class has a capacity of 32 clients. We do have a 10:1 client-to-coach ratio for all of our classes.
How many classes am I allowed to take per week?
We do not have any strict restrictions on how many classes a client can take per week, but we do recommend that all clients use the Rx for PD™ program as a guide when planning their weekly schedules.

We provide all equipment that is needed for classes (i.e., boxing gloves, yoga mats/blocks, etc). We do recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes, as well as bring a water bottle, for all activities.
