Prior to scheduling classes at InMotion, all new clients need to complete an orientation available by appointment only. To schedule your orientation, please contact John Ambrose at (216) 342-5784 or email [email protected].
All clients need to have proof of vaccination on file at InMotion before attending class. Please email a photo of your vaccine card to Debbie Rossman, [email protected], or mail a hard copy to her attention at InMotion, 23905 Mercantile Road, Beachwood, OH 44122. You must wait 2 weeks after your final inoculation to attend onsite classes.
What you will need to bring when you come to participate in class:
- Your own water bottle with your name on the bottle. (Per the Ohio Department of Health, we cannot use the drinking fountains at this time.)
- A bag with handles, marked with your full name on the outside of the bag, to hold your water bottle, equipment and personal items. During class, this bag will remain in the coatroom.
- A mask. View our mask policy here.
On your first visit, you will receive your nametag. Please keep your nametag in your bag. You will no longer be able to keep your nametag at InMotion. Bags and equipment should be taken home each day and not left at InMotion.
Blue, Green and Orange clients
Blue, Green and Orange clients must undergo an assessment prior to signing up for all Better Every DayTM, Boxing and Spinning classes. To be registered for an assessment, please email [email protected] or call (216) 342-4417.
Yellow clients may register for Yellow Better Every DayTM classes; Yellow Mindful Movement/ Better Every DayTM /Boxing classes; Yellow Mindful Movement/BED™/Drums Alive classes; or any class that doesn’t have a color designation.
Assessments are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month at 12:30 p.m. To be registered for an assessment, please email [email protected] or call (216) 342-4417.
Reports are available for those who were assessed in April, May, June or July and have been assessed at least twice. Please log into your MindBody account and click on the Documents tab to access your report. If you would like your assessment report emailed to you, please email [email protected] and give us your full name with your request.

You can register for classes on your MindBody App or email us at [email protected] and we will register you for class. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a current InMotion client, please log in to your existing account. You do not need to create a new account to “book” a class.
