What is recommended you bring when you come to participate in class:
- Your own water bottle with your name on the bottle.
- A bag with handles, if it is needed, marked with your full name on the outside of the bag, to hold your water bottle, equipment and personal items. Please do not bring your bags into class. During class, you can hang your bag in the coatroom or you are welcome to use the lockers inside ATP, which is located down the hall from the healing arts room.
On your first visit, you will receive your nametag. Please keep your nametag in your bag and wear it each time you come to class. Bags and equipment should be taken home each day and not left at InMotion.
Blue, Green and Orange clients
Blue, Green and Orange clients must undergo an assessment prior to signing up for all Better Every DayTM, Boxing, Spinning, and Drums AliveTM classes. To be registered for an assessment, please email [email protected] or call (216) 342-4417.
Yellow clients may register for Yellow Better Every DayTM classes; Yellow Mindful Movement/Better Every DayTM/Boxing classes; Yellow Mindful Movement/BED™/Drums Alive classes; or any class that doesn’t have a color designation.
Assessments are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month at 1 p.m. To be registered for an assessment, please email [email protected] or call (216) 342-4417.
Reports are available for those who have been assessed at least twice. Please log into your Mindbody account and click on the Documents tab to access your report. If you would like your assessment report emailed to you, please email [email protected] and give us your full name with your request.

You can register for classes on your Mindbody App or email us at [email protected] and we will register you for class. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a current InMotion client, please log in to your existing account. You do not need to create a new account to “book” a class.
