Tai Chi, a health and wellness program, leverages 2,000-year-old wisdom for today’s Parkinson’s community. Blending the healing qualities of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Meditation and The Way of the Shaolin Warrior, the gentle training fine-tunes and recharges mental, physical and spiritual health. In doing so, Tai Chi helps with balance and a controlled movement regimen to limit falls.
Session styles are carefully tailored to each client’s abilities. No prior experience required. Carepartners are invited and encouraged to participate.
