Our very own Ben Rossi, an InMotion founder and Program Director, was honored with the Jessie Brown Community Service Award at the 19th Annual Ohio Parkinson’s Foundation Northeast Region PD Symposium, held on
April 22, 2017.

Clients, carepartners, and everyone involved with InMotion knows that Ben is a dedicated professional working to make lives better every day for those living with PD. Ben was one of the first people to be trained in the Delay the Disease (DTD) exercise program and he has taught DTD classes in Mentor, OH for many years. ...

On September 29th,  the new Spinning for PD class had its first meeting at the Warrensville Heights YMCA.

Our InMotion group will meet every Thursday at 10am and cycle together.

We invite you to join us!

The class is FREE for InMotion clients and a YMCA membership is not required.

An Optimistic Approach

My role as the Director of Physical Wellness for InMotion has been inspired by a combination of 20 years working in the fitness industry ( the last seven of which were spent in the trenches working with the Parkinson’s community), and by my time as an Ambassador for the Michael J. Fox Foundation with the Partners in Parkinson’s movement.

The focus of my blog will be to offer you an optimistic approach to living with Parkinson’s Disease (PD.)  There was a time when PD was life threatening, but not anymore.  ...
