InMotion Cycling class, Spinning for PD is on at the YMCA!

All new!

On September 29th,  the new Spinning for PD class had its first meeting at the Warrensville Heights YMCA.

Our InMotion group will meet every Thursday at 10am and cycle together.

We invite you to join us!

The class is FREE for InMotion clients and a YMCA membership is not required. 

The Warrensville Heights YMCA is located at 4433 Northfields Rd., Warrensville Heights, OH 44128
Learn to:
–  Become familiar with spinning bike features
–  Learn to set-up your bike for class
–  Become familiar with RPM’s & cadence
–  Learn about heart rate zones and your health

WHY do we need to move into a capital campaign at this time?

  • Our goal in 2014 was to raise $2.8M to meet current needs and to plan for the future.
  • To date we have quietly raised $1.7M, which is more than halfway to our goal!
  • We need to keep services FREE.

InMotion is happy to announce that Texas Roadhouse will be holding a cash register campaign to support InMotion. This involves selling ribbons for $1 at the cash register in 9 of their locations – Willoughby, Erie, Elyria, Brooklyn, Steubenville, Niles, Boardman, Canton and Sandusky. Ribbons will be sold for $1 each for three weeks. Purchase a ribbon, write your name on it, and Roadhouse will hang your ribbon on the wall to support InMotion! ...

Dr. Karen Jaffe Awarded International Parkinson’s Community Service Award!

We are proud to announce that Dr. Karen Jaffe, an InMotion founder, has been chosen as one of the three recipients awarded the Dr. Rana International Parkinson’s Community Services Award 2015, announced on World Parkinson’s Day, April 11, 2016. Dr. Jaffe’s inspirational work and the great passion she devotes to improving the lives of those affected with Parkinson’s disease has been officially recognized by the World Parkinson’s Program.
